Personal Lines Agency Service Representative

Reports to:          Director of Personal Lines Service Operations

 

Summary:

The Agency Service Representative is an entry level position. The ASR will work in conjunction with the Sales and Support staff and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the database and processing endorsements via the appropriate company website. The job entails a high volume of data processing with little client contact. This is an excellent starting point to learn the insurance industry from the ground up.

  The ideal candidate for a Agency Service Representative has the following:


  • Must be dependable, detail orientated and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Have excellent keyboard skills.
  • Must be willing to adapt to ever changing environment.
